塞拉利昂矿配加吸水剂试验研究

摘要 为了研究解决塞拉利昂矿水分过高、生产组织困难的问题,进行了添加树脂类吸水剂对塞矿的物理性能及烧结性能影响的试验。在开展塞矿配加吸水剂观察试验的基础上,进行了烧结杯正交试验。试验结果表明:塞矿添加吸水剂后能够快速吸收矿料表面水分,易于制粒,使得湿粘团状物粒度改善;同时,验证了Ⅰ型吸水剂效果优于Ⅱ型。在对烧结性能的影响方面,吸水剂的配加虽能提高烧结矿产量,但会引起烧结矿强度的下滑,最适宜的使用量应<0.3‰的Ⅰ型吸水剂。 In order to solve the problem of high water content and difficult production organization in the Sierra Leone ore, the effects of resin water absorbing agent on the physical properties and sintering performance of Sierra Leone ore were tested. Based on the experimental study of the Sierra Leone ore with water absorbing agent, sintering cup orthogonal test was carried out. The test results show that:after adding water absorbing agent,the Sierra Leone ore is easier to granulation,particle size is improved; At the same time, it is proved that the effect ofⅠtype is better thanⅡtype. Effect on sintering properties,The addition of water absorbing agent can increase the sinter output, but it can lead to the decline of the strength of the sinter,the most suitable usage of water absorbent should be less than 0.3%.
