焦化废水不脱酚处理

摘要 针对溶剂脱酚工序在运行过程中存在着萃取效率低,运行成本高,出水水质波动的问题,通过采取强化除油、减少剩余氨水水量、提高生物脱酚效率等措施,停运溶剂脱酚工序后,生物脱酚后出水稳定达到排放标准,每年降低废水处理费用431万元。 During the operation of solvent dephenolizing process, some problems such as low extraction efficiency, high operating costs and the quality of output water was easy to fluctuate and often happened. By taking measures to strengthen the removal of oil, reduce the amount of surplus ammonia water and improve the efficiency of biological dephenolizing, the solvent dephenolizing process was stopped, however the output water which was treated by the biological dephenolizing could still be able to reach the discharging standards. It could also reduce the costs of 4 310 thousand Yuan per year for wastewater treatment.
