摘要
莱钢自动化部采用面向对象程序设计思想,将前置系统的远动通信以及规约转换功能进行模块化封装,便于系统软件的修改和扩展;采用多进程、多线程设计提高了系统效率,规约处理采用动态链接库方式,调试和增加新规约方便安全,并且开发了前置服务监视界面。系统投用后,保证了调度系统的稳定高效运行,有效地提高了用电、输电的效率,间接降低了炼铁、炼钢成本。
The idea of OOP design was adopted in the automation department of Laiwu Steel. The remote communication and protocol transformation function of front-end system are modular packaged. So, the software can be modified and extended easily. The efficiency of the system was improved by using multiprocessing and multithread design, the dynamic link library was adopted in protocol, the debugging and increasing of the new protocol is safe and convenient, and the HMI of Front-end service was developed. The application of the system can ensure the stable and efficient of the dispatching system, the efficiency of electricity and power transmission were effectively improved, and the ironmaking and steelmaking costs were indirectly reduced.
