To the challenges of internal audit work put forward by the new situations, the pressure and challenges faced by internal audit work under the new economic norm was analyzed in this paper firstly, and then it proposed to define the internal audit function, strengthen personnel training, introduce social intermediary, innovate the audit mode, promote the information of the audit work, and so on. Besides, it puts forward the operational recommendations on the internal auditor how to deal with the new audit work from a practical point of view.
