摘要
针对交流电桥和电位差计法在量值传递过程中所存在的问题,本文采用电压比例技术,实现了在等电流输入,被测四端电阻和四端电阻标准低端共地连接,并采用锁相放大器测量两者的差值电压,本文方法结合电压比例技术实现不同阻值四端电阻之间的相互比较,从而达到电阻量程扩展的目的。
The paper discussed problems existing in the process considers AC bridge and potential difference meter method in quantity value transfer. The voltage ratio technique, realized in the current input, four terminal resistance and four terminal standard resistor low-end common ground connection of the measured, and using lockin amplifi er to measure both the difference voltage. This method combined with voltage proportional technology realize resistance is different between the four terminal resistance are compared with each other, so as to achieve the resistance range expansion.
