摘要
根据CO_2与其中杂质性质的不同,用物理方法与化学方法相结合,逐步除掉其中的杂质。通过分析来验证,该工艺生产的高纯二氧化碳达到5N,可推广应用。
According to the properties of CO2 and the impurity,combined with physical method and chemical method,gradually get rid of the impurities. Through the analysis to verify,the production of the high purity carbon dioxide reaches 5 N,can be widely applied.
