摘要
ISP铅锌冶炼工艺中,通过扩大产能、提高鼓风炉热风温度、利用低热值煤气发电、提高水循环效率、余热利用和应用变频调速技术等,取得了较好的节能效果。
Good effects of energy- saving are achieved in ISP lead zinc smelting by expanding production capacity,enhancing hot air temperature of the blast furnace,utilizing low calorific value coal gas for power generation,improving water cycle efficiency,using waste heat and adopting the technology of variable frequency control,and so on.
