摘要
大型高压电动机起动分析是工程实施的重要组成部分。本文以某项目电网系统容量小背景下的大功率电动机的起动分析为例,简要介绍了配电系统整体架构、晶闸管固态软启动装置的工作原理及控制方法。重点进行了电动机起动分析计算,并介绍了所采取的综合利用软起动器和改变配电系统运行方式的整改方案,实现了限制电动机起动电流,降低系统阻抗,提高系统容量目标,最终使电动机起动时母线压降满足了相关规范的要求。
The analysis of large high voltage motor start-up is an important part of the project implementation.This paper takes an example of analyzing the large power motor starting-up in a small capacity grid system to introduce the overall architecture of power distribution system and the working principle/controlling method of the thyristor solid-state soft start-up device,then focuses on motor starting analysis and calculation.The result is taken for the comprehensive utilization of the soft starter and the change of distribution system operation mode to achieve targets of the limiting motor starting current,lowering system impedance,increasing system capacity,and finally making bus voltage of motor starting down to meet the requirements of the relevant specification.
