螺杆膨胀动力机在锌沸腾焙烧余热利用中的应用

摘要 介绍了螺杆膨胀动力机发电原理和适用范围,从适应性、结构、费用、安装、运行、操作、维护及并网方面比较了螺杆膨胀动力机发电与汽轮机发电的优劣,阐述了螺杆膨胀动力机发电机组在锌沸腾焙烧节能改造中的应用及其效果。应用后每年可发电855.36万kW·h,年节约电费675.74万元,节约水48 700 t,节约水费11.88万元。 The principle and scope of the screw expanding power generator are introduced,and,the pros and cons of screw expanding power generator and turbine electricity generation are compared from the compatibility,structure,cost,installation,running,operation,maintenance and grid.The application and effect of screw expanding power generator in the energy-saving transform of zinc concentrate fluidized roaster are described.After transformed,annual energy production is 8 553.6 thousand kW·h,annual electricity saving is 6.757 4 million Yuan,annual water saving is 48 700 t,annual water saving charges is118.8 thousand Yuan.
