摘要
针对某公司1 850 t/d Al_2O_3气态悬浮焙烧炉烟气余热资源计算分析,在不影响焙烧炉运行工况稳定的前提下,采用某专利技术设计一套余热回收系统回收烟气中的余热,加热蒸发冷凝回水用于水平盘式真空过滤机洗水,可加热72 t/h洗水温升30℃,每年可节约加热洗水用的0.6 MPa饱和蒸汽26 150 t,折算成标准煤2 459 t,具有良好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
Computational analysis of flue gas heat of a gas suspension calciner is carried based on one company 1 850 t/d-Al_2O_3,Under the premise of stable production,a set of waste heat recovery system with patented technology is designed.The system recovers the waste heat to heat returned evaporation condensate for washing water of the horizontal pan vacuum filter(72 t/h washing water's temperature can be heated 30 ℃),saves the 0.6 MPa saturated steam 26 150 t annually,converted into standard coal2 459 t per year,and has a good economic,social and environmental benefits.
