摘要
随着时代不断发展,对港口企业的要求也在不断提升。各个地区的政府也越来越重视港口企业的发展,并开始研究和制定相关物流发展规划与促进政策。同时,国家也为天津地区口岸基础设施的建设与管理给予了足够的支持力度,最大限度优化了地区物流交通网络,实现了电力、能力和矿产原材料的统筹协调管理。新的发展形势要求各个企业必须着眼于港口行业的发展趋势,以企业的实际情况为立足点,通过各种人才培养模式获取更多更高素质的人力资源,进行专业性服务。港口企业的人才培养也应该以此为方向,积极推动和构建全方位的人才培养模式,以便更好地适应港口企业的人才需求,从而推动天津港更好的向前发展。
The development of the era has put forward increasingly higher demand to port enterprises. Governments at all levels lay more stress on the growth of port enterprises and start to study and formulate relative logistics development plans and promotion policy. In addi- tion, the central government offered sufficient support to the infrastructure building and management of Tianjin Port, optimized the trans- portation network of local logistics to the largest extent, and realized overall planning and coordination of electricity, energy power and raw material of mineral products. The new development trend brings forward demands for the enterprises to stress on the trend of the port in- dustry, take the actual situation of enterprises as the foothold, obtain human resources of high quality by various talent cultivation patterns and offer professional services. Talent training of port enterprises should focus on this target with an overall talent cultivation pattern, so as to meet the demand for the talents of port enterprises and drive the better development of Tianjin Port.
