摘要 采取十大城市文化创意产业发展数据,运用SPSS分析工具,提取文化创意产业竞争力公因子,通过横向比较和纵向比较,揭示杭州文化创意产业与其他大城市相比还存在较大距离。进一步提升杭州文化创意产业竞争力,推动文化创意产业快速发展的对策:政府层面,应在人才培养和就业引导方面提供必要的帮助,为文化创意产业发展提供融资帮助,给文化创意企业提供税收等方面的优惠政策,加强产业园区的规划和管理,加强知识产权保护;行业层面,应组织区域创意设计和文化策划活动,为政府相关政策制定提供决策参考,为文化创意企业提供专业支持;企业层面,应注重科技创新、品牌创新,加强人才的培养和保护。 Taking the development data of the cultural and creative industry in ten large cities as an example and using SPSS, the study shows that the cultural and creative industry in Hangzhou fall far behind that of other cities by extracting common factors of competitive- ness with horizontal and vertical comparison. Strategies for promoting the competitiveness and boosting the development of the industry are proposed. The government should offer necessary support for talent training and employment instructions, offer help in financing and pro- vide referential policies in terms of tax and so on, enhance planning and management of industrial parks, and strengthen IPR. At the in- dustrial level, regional creative design and cultural planning events should be held, references to the government to make policy should be provided and professional support for enterprises should be offered. The enterprises should focus on developing technology, innovating brands and intensifying talent training and retention.
