PFC汽化吸入应用于兔急性肺损伤的效果分析

摘要 目的研究PFC汽化吸入应用于兔急性肺损伤的效果。方法选取18只雌性健康新西兰白兔,随机分为3组。造模后,分别使用常规通气、呼气末正压及PFC汽化吸入方法处理ALI兔,观察并比较不同时间点血气分析结果。结果 PEEP组在处理30 min PaO_2升高到200 mm Hg(P<0.05),CV组PaO_2水平略有升高(P>0.05)。注入盐酸150min后,各组PaCO_2水平升高,PFC组PaCO_2水平降低(P>0.05)。PEEP组灌洗后PaCO_2水平显著增加(P<0.05)。盐水灌洗组和机械通气组无显著变化(P<0.05)。注人盐酸后30 min,三组PIP显著上升。PFC组中,与处理前相比,处理后PIP显著下降(P<0.05),与同时点PEEP组、CV组相比,PIP显著降低(P<0.05)。与处理前相比,PEEP组灌洗后PIP显著升高(P<0.05),CV组120 min后PIP水平显著上升(P<0.05)。结论使用PFC汽化吸入治疗急性肺损伤兔可有效改善其血气分析结果,提高PaO_2水平,降低PaCO_2及PIP水平,为临床应用打下了基础。 Objective To investigate the effect of PFC on acute lung injury in rabbits. Methods 18 female healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups. After the model was made,the ALI rabbits were treated with conventional ventilation,positive end expiratory pressure and PFC,respectively. The blood gas analysis results at different time points were observed and compared. Results The level of 30 min PaO2 increased to200mm Hg in the PEEP group( P〈0. 05),and it was slightly elevated in the CV group( P〉0. 05). 150 minutes after injection of hydrochloric acid,the level of PaCO2 increased in each group,and it decreased in the PFC group( P〉0. 05),but it increased significantly after lavage in the PEEP group( P〈0. 05). There was no significant change between the saline irrigation group and the mechanical ventilation group( P〈0. 05). 30 minutes after the injection ofhydrochloric acid,PIP increased significantly in the three groups. Compared with the PEEP group and the CV group before treatment,it decreased significantly( P〈0. 05) in the PFC group. Compared with before treatment,PIP increased in the PEEP group after lavage( P〈0. 05),and the PIP level of the CV group was significantly higher 120 minutes after treatment. Conclusion PFC can effectively improve the blood gas analysis results and the level of PaO2,reduce the level of PaCO2 and PIP,and lay the foundation for clinical application in treatment of acute lung injury in rabbits.
