噻托溴铵联合百令胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者抗炎作用的影响

Effects of tiotropium bromide combined with corbrin capsule on anti-inflammatory action of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨噻托溴铵联合百令胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者抗炎作用的影响。方法选择慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者78例。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。对照组给予噻托溴铵治疗,观察组给予噻托溴铵联合百令胶囊。结果治疗后,观察组慢阻肺患者的肺功能各指标优于对照组慢阻肺患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组慢阻肺患者呼吸困难评分低于对照组慢阻肺患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组慢阻肺患者的IL-8和TNF-α指标水平低于对照组慢阻肺患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组慢阻肺患者的血气指标优于对照组慢阻肺患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵联合百令胶囊治疗慢阻肺能有效提高患者抗炎功能,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effects of tiotropium bromide combined with corbrin capsule on the anti-inflammatory action of patients with COPD. Methods 78 COPD patients from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given inhaling of tiotropium bromide dry powder,and the experimental group was treated with corbrin capsule additional to the therapy given to the control group. The pulmonary function indexes and inflammatory cytokines levels in the two groups were observed before and after the treatment. Results After treatment,the pulmonary function indicators were higher in the experimental group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the dyspnea score was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The level of IL-8 and TNF-a was lower in the experimental group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The blood gas indexes were better in the experimental group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tiotropium bromide combined with corbrin capsule can improve their lung function and reduce airway inflammation in treatment of COPD patients.
