摘要
筛选出迷你蝴蝶兰花梗侧芽组织培养过程中的最适增殖培养基和生根培养基。利用无菌操作技术,将蝴蝶兰花梗侧芽进行繁殖。通过本研究方法最终获得了蝴蝶兰组织培养过程中最适的增殖培养基和最适的生根培养基。最适增殖培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 8.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+琼脂8 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L+香蕉泥30 g/L+活性炭2 g/L;最适生根培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.8 mg/L+琼脂8 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L+香蕉泥30 g/L+活性炭2 g/L。
To select the optimum rooting medium and propagation medium in the process of mini-Phalaenopsis tissue culture. We produce the plant through the bud by using aseptic technique. We obtained the optimum rooting medium and multiplication medium through this method. It turned out that the most optimum subculture medium is 1/2MS+6-BA8.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+agar 8g/L+sucrose 30g/L+banana 30g/L+acti-vated carbon 2 g/L; the most suitable rooting medium is 1/2MS+6-BA4.0mg/L+ NAA0.8mg/L +agar 8g/L+sucrose 30g/L+banana 30g/L+ activated carbon 2g/L.
