本文对乳腺癌保乳手术的进展进行了相关研究,在已形成的保乳手术的理论基础上,进一步探讨了保乳手术的适应症、禁忌症以及保乳手术的术式、技术问题和辅助治疗等方面的内容。研究表明,只有符合保乳手术适应证的患者才能够施行保乳手术疗法,并且在权衡复发率和美观效果之后,临床上大致形成了肿瘤切除术、肿瘤扩大切除术以及象限切除术三种术式。而保乳手术时对皮肤切口的设计和切缘距瘤缘的距离既关系到手术疗效,又关系到美观。在此基础上术后的个体化和规范化的辅助治疗,也可以提高远期疗效。

The article researched the progress of having breast-conserving surgery. Based on the theory of the breast surgery information, breast surgery indications, contraindications, breast surgery operation, technical problems, and adjuvant therapy are discussed further. The study says that only conforms to the patients with breast surgery indications can take breast surgery. After weighing the recurrence rate and aesthetic effect, we roughly formed tumor resection, extensive tumor resection and quadrant resection clinically. The design of the skin incision of breast surgery and the incision edge distance from the edge of the tumor related to the operation effect and beautiful effect. On this basis, postoperative adjuvant treatment of individuation and standardization also can improve the longer curative effect.
