摘要
周围静脉畸形是一种先天性脉管发育畸形,约占脉管畸形的50%,为临床难以诊断和治疗的疾病之一。周围静脉畸形易误诊,导致无效或过度的治疗。因此,早期、正确的诊断及分型对临床准确治疗有重要意义。周围静脉畸形的诊断性检查包括彩超、MRI及血管造影。临床应用最广泛的分型方法为经补充的Mulliken-Glowacky分类法与改良汉堡分类法。本文对周围静脉畸形诊断及分型的研究进展综述如下。
Peripheral venous malformation, a congenital vascular malformation, accounts for about 50% of all vascular malformations. Being very difficult to diagnose would result in the ineffective or excessive treatment. Thus, early and correct diagnosis and classification play important roles in clinical treatment. The diagnostic tests include color Doppler ultrasound, MRI and angiography. The most widely accepted classifications for peripheral venous malformation are the improved Hamburg classification and Mulliken-Glowacky classification. This paper reviews the research progress of the diagnosis and classification of peripheral venous malformations.
