摘要 白藜芦醇是一种天然多酚类化合物,存在于葡萄、花生等多种植物中,是防治肿瘤的绿色抗癌药物。白藜芦醇可通过抗氧化、抗幽门螺杆菌、抑制肿瘤细胞生长、干扰相关信号转导通路和降低癌细胞的侵袭力等途径发挥抗肿瘤作用。近年,白藜芦醇在抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移方面的作用越来越受到临床关注,其不仅可通过内/外途径和细胞周期阻滞诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,还可通过调节相关分子靶点来抑制肿瘤的侵袭和转移。本文就白藜芦醇抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展作一综述。 Resveratrol is a kind of natural polyphenol compound with a high content in grapes, peanuts and other plants, and it has been demonstrated to be a green anticancer drug. Resveratrol may inhibit various tumor cells by anti-peroxidation, anti-Helicobater pylori, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, interfering signal transduction pathways, and inducing the invasiveness of tumor cells. In recent years, the effects of resveratrol on suppressing the proliferation, inducing the apoptosis and suppressing the metastasis and invasion of tumor cells have prompted a large interest from researchers. Resveratrol can not only induce the apoptosis of tumor cells via intrinsic/extrinsic pathways and cell cycle arrest, but also inhibit the invasion and metastasis abilities of tumors via modulating collagen degradation-related molecular targets. This paper reviews the research progress of the anti-tumor effect of resveratrol.
