网络环境下意识形态话语权争夺出现了新的态势,争夺对手从境外扩散至境内,争夺性质从清晰转变为模糊,争夺目标从一般演化为特殊,争夺方式从显性转向为隐性。应该提高网络空间控制力,围堵反动话语传播渠道;增强网络舆论引导力,疏解非理性话语心境;提升先进思想感召力,释放主流意识形态话语能量;扩大理论国际影响力,拓展马克思主义话语空间。只有多重手段共同作用,才能在日益复杂的网络环境下有效掌控意识形态话语权。

There is a new trend of contention for the ideological discourse power under network environment.Rivals are spreading from abroad to the mainland,natures of contention are changing from clear to farraginous,targets are evolving from general to specific,and mode of contention is turning from dominant to recessive.Therefore,it is necessary to improve our control power of the cyber space,contain ways of spreading reactionary discourse,enhance guiding power of the network consensus,dredge the mood of irrational discourse,promote the charisma of advanced ideology,release value of discourse of mainstream ideology,enlarge the international influence of our theory,and expand space of Marxism discourse power.Only multiple approaches working together can control the ideological discourse power effectively under increasingly complicated network environment.
