众包模式下参与动机对参与意愿的影响研究——基于金钱激励强度及任务复杂程度的视角 被引量:6

Analysis of the Effects of Participation Motivation on Participation Intention in Crowdsourcing Mode——Based on the Perspectives of Varying Degrees of Money Reward and Task Complexity

摘要 通过实验的方法探讨任务复杂程度对参与者动机的调节作用,并采用三组对照实验探索在不同金钱奖励情况下,任务复杂程度的调节作用是否会发生改变;同时,从实证角度探讨"挤出效应"是否存在。被试者通过众包任务情境模拟来回答量表问题,利用smartPLS进行数据分析和模型验证。结果表明,任务复杂程度负向调节内外动机对参与意愿的影响,且内外动机之间确实存在"挤出效应"。此外,在不同的金钱激励强度下,任务复杂程度对内外动机的调节作用不同。 Apply the experimental methods to explore the effects of task complexity on participation motivations and set three experimental groups to discuss the moderating effects of task complexity under different money reward.From the empirical perspective,find the existence of"crowding-out effects".In our experiments,participants answer a questionnaire in a simulation circumstance,analyze the data with smartPLS and test the model.The results show that there was a negative effect of task complexity on extrinsic motivations and intrinsic motivations,between which there is "crowding-out effects".Besides,when money reward is changed,the moderating effect of task complexity would be different.
