摘要
阐述了莱钢120t复吹转炉利用音频化渣技术研究在线控制炉渣技术的效果。综合分析了音频曲线变化趋势及其变化率所反映出的炉内化渣情况,通过研究音频化渣历史曲线在线控制炉内化渣情况,优化了过程操作模式,降低了返干、喷溅率,保证了炼钢过程全程化渣以及良好的脱磷率,降低了石灰消耗。进一步提高自动炼钢的过程控制水平和终点控制水平。
Describes the Laiwu 120t bof-lbe using audio frequency slag technology research online control technology of slag effect.
