摘要
中国宏观经济进入新常态。2016年要加大供给侧结构性改革力度,促进产业优化重组,有效化解产能过剩,尤其是化解钢铁行业的产能过剩问题。企业之间并购成为一种经济发展方式。本文重点关注钢铁企业并购重组后的整合问题,从战略定位、组织架构设置、财务融合、人力资源整合及企业文化构筑五个方面进行整合分析,旨在为企业并购提供合理建议。
China' s macro economy has entered a new normal. In 2016,we need to strengthen the supply side structural reform, promote industrial optimization restructuring and to solve overcapacity effectively, especially in steel industry. M & R has become a way of economic. In this article, we pay more attention to the enterprise integration after merger and acquisition. This paper analyzes from strategic positioning, organizational settings, financial integration, human resource integration and enterprise culture building to provide reasonable suggestions for enterprise mergers and acquisitions.
