摘要
非甾体类抗炎药（non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs,NSAIDS）,最早从含水杨酸的植物中提取,是一类具有解热、镇痛、抗炎作用的药物[1],其共同作用机制是抑制环氧化酶（Cox）活性从而抑制局部前列腺素（prostaglandin,PG）的产生,发挥药理作用。Cox包括3种同工酶：
Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs（ NSAIDS） have been ubiquitously used in the analgesia treatment of patients with bone fractures. However, many studies suggested that these drugs wound affect the normal bone healing process and even lead to nonunion, while others contradicted these results. This review focuses on the in-vitro, in-vivo and clinical studies on NSAIDS＇ impact on the bone healing and tries to give a critical analysis of the literature.
