摘要
比较我国国家标准与IEC标准中对应急电源的定义,分析了应急电源供电负荷的异同,并对应急供电系统的范围进行了讨论。提出GB 50052—2009《供配电系统设计规范》中关于备用电源定义与备用电源供电负荷的规定存在矛盾,分析了正常电源、备用电源和应急电源三者之间的关系。
The definition of electric source for safety services in the state code was compared with that of IEC,and the similarities and differences of safety services between national standard and IEC standard were also analyzed. The scope of emergency power supply system was also clarified. Standby power definition and standby power supply load regulation in the code for design electric power supply system are contradictory. The relationship between the normal power supply,standby power and emergency power supply was also analyzed.
