摘要
利用SEM,XRD,EDS等研究了20钢在CO2/水溶液气液两相分层流液相中的腐蚀速率、腐蚀形貌以及腐蚀产物膜层的成分,并初步分析了其腐蚀行为机制。结果表明:随着时间的延长20钢腐蚀速率呈现不规则齿状规律变化,在4 h和8 h分别出现腐蚀速率峰值,腐蚀速率分别为2.27 mm/a,1.66 mm/a,5 h和12 h时出现腐蚀速率的谷值为1.02 mm/a,在8 h时腐蚀产物膜层由厚度为6μm左右致密的内层膜和厚度为9μm左右疏松的外层膜组成,腐蚀产物的主要组成元素为Fe、C、O,内层产物膜中Fe、C与O原子比稳定,而外层产物膜层的Fe、C与O原子比在膜层厚度方向上变化较大。
The corrosion rate,corrosion morphology and the composition of corrosion products of 20 steel in liquid medium under gas-liquid(CO2-water) stratified flow were studied by means of SEM,XRD and EDS.The corrosion mechanism of the steel was discussed.The results show that the change of corrosion rate is irregular sawtooth shape with the increasing time.The peak value appears when the corrosion time is 4 h and 8 h,and the peak values of the corrosion rate are 2.27 mm /a,1.66 mm /a,respectively.The minimum value of the corrosion rate is 1.02 mm /a when the corrosion time is 5 h and 12 h.There are two sub-layers which composed of the inner compact layer with thickness of about 6 μm and the outer loose layer with thickness of about 9 μm for the corrosion film at 8 h.The main elements in corrosion products are Fe,C and O.The atom ratio of Fe,C and O in inner layer is stable,and that in outer layer changes obviously along the thickness direction of the corrosion film.
