摘要
研究了渗氮后的氧化温度对20CrMnTi齿轮钢表面氧化层和磷化层的影响,并利用OM、SEM、EDS、XRD等对渗层附近的显微组织、氧化层和磷化层的形貌、氧化层厚度和物相组成进行了观察分析。结果表明,20CrMnTi钢渗氮后经300℃氧化后,形成的氧化层很薄且不连续;而经350℃氧化后形成的氧化层较厚且含Fe3O4较多,磷化后表面粗糙度较大。
Effect of post-oxidation temperature after nitridation on surface oxidation layer and phosphate coating of 20 Cr Mn Ti gear steel was studied.Microstructure,morphology of oxide layer and phosphate coating,thickness and phase composition of the oxide layer were analyzed by OM,SEM,EDS and XRD.The results indicate that the oxide layer is thin and discontinuous when oxidation temperature is300 ℃; when oxidation temperature is 350 ℃,the amount of Fe3O4 increases and the oxide layer is much thicker,at the same time the surface roughness is larger after phosphorization.
