浸入式水冷对高速线材性能的影响

Effect of immersion water cooling process on properties of high speed wire rod

摘要 基于膜态沸腾传热的机理,针对工程中常用的Q235线材,以ANSYS为平台,建立合理的温度场模型,研究Q235线材在不同温度冷却水中的冷却过程,以实现对吐丝机后线材冷却工艺的优化。通过实验,观察在浸水冷却环境下,金属的力学性能相比于空冷条件下是否存在明显提高。数值模拟表明:在100℃冷却水中,直径为8 mm的Q235线材从950℃冷却至400℃的需要的冷却时间为26 s,而在80、60、40以及20℃的冷却水中,该时间分别为25、25、24和24 s。相比于空气自然冷却冷却,冷却时间的到得了大幅度缩减。在材料性能方面,通过拉伸试验可以发现,在水冷环境下,线材的均匀性、以及抗拉性能均得到了显著提高。当冷却水温度为80℃时,最有利于线材获得提高强度的组织结构,线材的屈服强度和抗拉强度达到最大值。 Based on the mechanism of film boiling heat transfer and considering the commonly used wire rod in engineering and taking ANSYS as the platform,a reasonable temperature field model and a flow field model were established to study the cooling process of the wire rod in cooling water at different temperatures.The goal was to achieve the optimization of the wire cooling process behind spinning machine.Whether the mechanical properties of the metal under the condition of water cooling were obviously improved compared with the air cooling condition through experiments.Numerical simulations show that the cooling time of Q235 wire rod with diameter of 8 mm from950 ℃ to 400 ℃ is 26 s.When the cooling temperature of the Q235 wire rod is at 80,60,40,and 20 ℃,the time is 25,25,24 and24 s,respectively.Compared to air cooling,the cooling time decreases largely.In terms of material properties,the tensile test shows that under water cooling condition,the uniformity and the tensile properties of the wire rod are greatly improved.When the cooling water temperature is 80 ℃,it is easy to improve the strength of the wire and obtain a good tissue morphology.The yield strength and tensile strength of the wire can reach the maximum.
