我国准老年人、老年人自评健康现状及其影响因素分析——基于CHARLS数据的实证分析

The Quasi Elderly and Elderly Population's Self-Assessment Health Status and Its Influencing Factors in China——Based on the Empirical Research of CHARLS Data

健康是人类共同追求的重要目标之一,准老年人、老年人的健康问题已成为社会关注的焦点。基于中国健康与养老追踪调查2013年追访数据,使用Odered Probit模型,从个人基本特征、家庭特征、生活方式、居住条件、基本健康状况、医疗服务利用情况六个层面出发,探索准老年人、老年人自评健康的显著影响因素并加以分析,以期为政府部门制定健康与养老政策提供实证依据。

Health is one of the most important common pursuing goals of human beings. The health problem of middle-aged and increasing elderly population has become the social focus in China. This paper uses 2013 follow-up survey data of the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study and Ordered Probit Model, from six different aspects, including personalcharacteristics, family characteristics, lifestyles, living conditions, health status and medical service utilization, tries to find and analyze the influence factors of the self-assessment health status of the middle-aged and elderly people, and provides empirical basis for the government＇s health and pension policies.
