医养融合养老服务体系探析——以苏州市为例

An analysis of Medical-Pension Service System——Taking Suzhou As an Example

医养融合是对当前养老服务体系建设的充实和提高。苏州市在医养融合的道路上先行先试,在政府主导下,以尊重和满足老年人需求为基础,现已基本形成机构、社区、居家三位一体的医养融合养老服务体系。根据苏州经验,开展医养融合服务,要统筹管理各部门,用足用活政策资源,加强医护人才队伍建设,同时转变老年人消费观念,培育养老服务市场。

Medical-pension integration is a supplement and improvement of the current pension service system construction. Suzhou has begun to try first on this road. Under the leadership of the government, it has formed the institution-community-home medical-pension service system to respect and meet the needs of the elderly as the foundation. According to Suzhou experience, we should integrate management departments, make good use of policies, train doctors and nurses, cultivate market atmosphere and change the consumption concept of old peoole.
