需求侧研究:老年人对智能养老服务的需求意愿及其影响因素——以西安市为例

Demand-Side Study: Elders' Demand for Intelligent Care and Factors Influencing Their Demand—— Take Xi'an As an Example

为了了解老年人对智能养老服务的需求意愿及其影响因素,采用随机抽样方法对西安市城乡老年人展开问卷调查。研究发现:老年人的需求意愿因身体健康状况、精神生活、经济情况、当前养老方式等的不同而呈现出多样化特征;影响其需求的因素依次是经济状况、健康状况、精神状态、文化程度等。为有效满足老年人的智能化照护服务需求,建议制定并完善相关法律政策,努力提高老年人收入水平,根据需求搭建智能化养老服务平台,调动社会各方力量积极参与,塑造全新的健康老龄观和积极老龄观。

In order to better know elders＇ demand for intelligent care services and factors influencing their demand, we used random sampling to distribute questionnaires to elders in urban and rural Xi＇an. The study showed that the demand of the elderly differed reatly due to theirphysical health, cultural lives, financial situation, pension schemes and so on. Factors influencing their demand are as follows： financial situation, physical health, cultural lives, educational background, etc. In order to meet elders＇ demand for intelligent care services, we gave some suggestions： formulating and improving relevant laws and policies; increasing elders＇ income; building intelligent care platforms; encouraging people from all social sectors to participate; shaping a completely new and healthy view of ageing.
