关于医养结合的研究综述

Review on the Combination of Medical Care and Pension

全球人口老龄化加速,导致社会养老服务供需失衡。在健康老龄化大背景下,医养结合养老模式备受关注,并成为学界研究热点。现有研究成果主要情况如下:国内外实证研究居多,理论性系统研究较少;相比国外,国内研究数量偏少,研究整体质量偏低,研究内容具有地方局限性,一般性理论升华较少。鉴于此,未来研究应从如下方面考虑:研究方法上,应注重多样性和科学性;研究视角上,应探索多学科、多理论的交叉运用,扩大研究视阈;研究内容上,应强调案例研究的深入性,同时加强对理论系统化和外国经验本土化的研究。

The ageing of population is rapidly accelerating worldwide and gives rise to a striking imbalance between the supply and demand of social pension service system. Combined with the background of healthy ageing, the combination of medical care and pension has come to the foreground and under heated discussions among scholars in recent years. Existing research results are as follows： more empirical studies has been done at home and abroad; compared with foreign studies, there are some shortages in the quantity, quality and content of the studies. Accordingly, research methods should be paid more attention to diversity and science. Meanwhile, research perspectives should be multi-disciplinary and gradually expanded. Moreover, research theoriesshould be systematic, also the depth of case study and the localization study of foreign experience should be strengthened in the following researches.
