日光蜂对苹果绵蚜寄生行为过程及特征研究

Study on Process and Characteristics of Parasitic Behavior of Aphelinus mali on Eriosoma lanigerum

在实验室条件下对苹果绵蚜日光蜂的寄生行为进行了观察和研究,发现其寄生过程分为寄主寻找、蜂体调整、产卵位点试探、产卵、产卵结束和蜡质绵毛清理6个步骤,寄生过程受周围环境因素的影响,其中苹果绵蚜体表的蜡质绵毛在日光蜂寻找寄主过程中有促进作用,清理粘在身上的蜡质绵毛是该蜂寄生过程中的重要环节。

We studied the parasitic behaviour of Aphelinus mali in lab,which was an important parasitic natural enemy of the woolly apple aphid（ Eriosoma lanigerum）.We found that the parasitic process mainly included successive six behaviors： searching host,changing the position of body,probing oviposition site,ovipositing,terminating oviposition,and trimming ceraceous erio.The parasitic process was influenced by the surround environment.The ceraceous erio on the body surface of woolly apple aphid can promote Aphelinus mali to search the host,and trimming ceraceous erio is an important step for Aphelinus mali to oviposit.
