定宽压力机内外块受力分析与在线测试

摘要 首先采用有限元软件对走停式定宽压力机内、外块的应力状态进行了定量分析,得到了内、外块最大应力随时间的变化关系,确定了内、外块的应力集中部位,然后对内、外块应力状态进行了在线测试,在5个不同的测试点的有限元模拟结果与实测结果均吻合良好,验证了有限元模型的正确性,为内、外块结构设计与优化提供了重要的理论依据。 In this paper, the finite element software is used to quantitative analyze the stress state of the inner and outer block of the walking-stopping type slab sizing press, and the relation of maximum stress with time is obtained. Besides, the stress concentration positions of the inner and outer block are determined. Then, the stress states of the inner and outer block are tested online. The results show that the finite element simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results at 5 different test points. So that the correctness of the finite element model is verified and it provides important theoretical basis for the structure design and optimization of the inner and outer block.
