摘要 针对电梯T型导轨的辊式矫直法,提出了一种新的矫直模型。利用软件进行建模并在ANSYS软件中进行有限元分析,将该模型与传统的辊式矫直模型进行对比,得出新模型的优越性。在此基础上,通过改变新模型个别辊的辊径,探讨由于磨损导致辊径的变化对残余应力和矫直质量的影响,从而得出新模型的优化方向,为电梯T型导轨的辊式矫直法研究提供一定的理论依据。 In view of the guide rails for lift-t-type roller straightening method, this paper proposes a new model of straightening. First of all, a model is created by the software and the model is imported into ANSYS for finite element analysis ; then, the model is compared with the traditional roller straightening model and the superiority of the new model can be summarized. Based on this, by changing the individual roller diameter of the new model, the influence of roller diameter changes which is caused by the abrasion loss of straightening roll on the residual stress and the straightening quality is studied, and thereby the optimal solution is gained. This solution can provide certain theory evidence for the research of guide rails for lift-T-type roller straightening method.
