文章对我国100家上市公司近三年的碳排放披露的比例、内容以及形式进行了比较,分析了碳信息披露存在的问题,并在此基础上,提出了完善碳排放信息披露的对策。

According to Chinese 100 listed companies,the paper analyzes the disclosure proportion,the disclosure content and disclosure form of carbon emissions information.After giving the main problems of the carbon emissions information disclosure,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the carbon emissions information disclosure of Chinese listed companies.
