摘要
文章针对挤压脱水机螺杆主轴多次发生断裂故障,通过分析该轴受力情况,校核轴的疲劳强度,得出该轴是由于强度不够造成疲劳断裂的结论,并制定出具体改造的措施。
To screw squeeze dewatering machine spindle fault,By analyzing the force condition of the shaft,checking the shaft fatigue strength,this paper drew that the shaft is due to inadequate strength caused by fatigue fracture of the conclusion,And formulated specific measures for improvement.
