The effect of heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of NM400 low alloy plate

摘要 研究了在线淬火-缓冷-回火工艺对NM400低合金钢板组织性能的影响,并与同等工艺条件下离线热处理后实验钢板的显微组织和力学性能进行了比较。结果表明:在线淬火-缓冷-回火工艺处理的钢板可获得大量压扁拉长的板条马氏体、铁碳化合物和少量的残余奥氏体组织,而离线热处理的钢板则获得较为规则的板条马氏体组织。在线淬火-缓冷-回火处理工艺可提高耐磨钢板的屈服强度和塑性,而离线热处理耐磨钢板的冲击韧性和抗拉强度较好。 Microstructure and mechanical properties of NM400 low alloy plate were investigated under the treatment of on-line quenching-slow cooling-tempering process and conventional off-line heat treatment process. The results showed that large a- mounts of deformed lath martensite, carbides and small amounts of retained austenite were obtained at the condition of on-line quenching-slow cooling-tempering process,while more regular lath martensite and larger carbides were obtained by the conven- tional off-line heat treatment process. The yield strength and ductility of the wear resistance steel plate could be improved by on- line quenching-slow cooling process. While the impact toughness and tensile strength of the wear resistant steel plate could be sig- nificantly improved by off-line heat treatment.
