摘要
卡罗塞尔卷取机是连轧机组出口的关键设备,在其回转期间,消除转盘转动给卷取张力带来的扰动是一个控制难点。本文根据卡罗塞尔卷取机的机械结构,推导出转盘旋转和芯轴卷取速度之间的关系式,通过数值分析软件离线计算生成转盘在不同回转位置对应的卷取加速度变化的插值函数,通过查表方式,在线实时进行卷取机动态力矩补偿。该方法已成功应用于工程实践,为提高大转盘转动过程中卷取张力动态控制精度提供了理论依据和解决方案。
Carrousel eoiler is the key equipment of exit section in tandem cold mill line, and to cancel its interference to coiling ten- sion is a difficulty. Based on the Carrousel coiler mechanical structure, the relation between Carrousel casing turning and coiling speed was deduced. Forming the interpolating function of acceleration value and Carrousel turning position by simulation software offline calculation,and through table lookup, the online dynamic torque compensation for coiling tension control was implemen- ted. This method which had been practiced in production application and provided a theoretical basis and solutions for enhancing the coiling tension accuracy while Carrousel casing revolution.
