分析了带肋钢筋锈蚀的成因与阻锈工艺技术的基本原理,介绍了棒材生产线轧后阻锈及冷剪前阻锈两种典型的在线阻锈技术及其优缺点,提出企业应从效果、经济性、适宜性等方面综合考虑选择阻锈技术。此外,通过试验证明了阻锈技术的可行性及在节约资源、减少消耗方面的先进性。

The corrosion causes and rust prevention technology basic principles of ribbed bar were introduced. Two kinds of on-line rust prevention technologies, i. e. rust prevention after rolling and rust prevention before cold shearer, and its advantages and dis- advantages were analyzed. Enterprises should comprehensively consider the proper rust technology based on effectiveness, econo- my and suitability of two kinds of techologies. In addition, the feasibility, save resources and reduce consumption of rust preven- tion technology were proved by test.
