摘要
Fe65Co15Si5B15非晶薄带经双偏圆形磁场处理后,磁滞回线呈不对称特性,这种特性可以在室温下获得。通过XRD、DSC和SPM等测试手段研究了热磁处理过程中薄带微结构的变化,这种具有回线偏移行为的铁基非晶薄带基体上有磁性较硬的微晶相产生。这种特定的热磁操作对薄带内磁畴配置有明显的影响,它也是导致Fe65Co15Si5B15非晶薄带磁滞回线发生偏移的主要因素之一。所采用的热磁处理办法可使铁基非晶薄带磁滞回线发生有效、可靠和明显的偏移行为。
The hysteresis loops of the longitudinal field annealed Fe65Co15Si5 B15 amorphous ribbons have an asymmet rical characteristic. This feature can be obtained at room temperature. The change of mlcrostructure was discussed in ribbons during annealing by XRD, DSC and SPM measurement. A few magnetic crystalline phases were identified in the amorphous matrix of annealed ribbons. The domain configuration of ribbons was obvious influenced by proper thermomagnetic annealing, which is also an important role in promoting the formation of the asymmetrical loops. The loop shift behaviour of Fe-based amorphous ribbons with our annealing method is efficient, steady and visible.
