摘要
在压药工艺安全性分析、炸药理论密度计算、传统压药模具改造的基础上,通过均匀粉体制备和压药工艺,制备了自蔓延纳米炸药药柱。分析了工艺参数对压药密度的影响,发现增大压制压力、适当提高加压速度、采取多次加药的压药方法能够提高压药密度。此项研究为制备高密度纳米炸药提供了参考。
Based on the theoretical analysis of pressing-explosive safety, the calculation of the theoretical density of explosives and the modification of the tradilional pressing mould, SHS nano explosive grain is prepared by the prep aration of uniform powder and process of pressing explosive. The influence of process parameters on the pressing explosive density are analyzed, it's found that increasing the pressure of pressure, increasing the pressure speed ap propriately, taking multiple dosing powder pressing method can increase powder pressing density. The technology provides a reference for the preparation of high density nanometer explosives.
