随着“一带一路”经济带建设进程的不断加快，对中国西部地区企业的发展提出了更高水平的要求。如何实现现代化的企业管理模式改革成为当前在“一带一路”建设背景下中国西部地区企业在发展过程中需要考虑的重要问题。本文主要对这一环境下中国西部地区现代企业管理模式改革的问题进行探析，并提出几I董针对性的建议。

With the continuous improvement of the construction of the economic zone along the road,the paper puts forward a higher level of requirements for the development of enterprises in western China.How to achieve the modernization of the enterprise management model reform has become in the 'one way along the road' under the background of China's western region in the development process enterprises need to consider the important issues.This article mainly analyzes the reform of the modern enterprise management mode in western China under this environment,and puts forward some suggestions on it.
