基于等离子体氧化的亲水性纯钛种植体的动物实验研究

摘要 目的研究等离子体氧化与碱液中存储联合作用对种植体的影响。方法将在碱液(Na OH)中存储的经等离子体氧化的喷砂酸蚀纯钛种植体(组-1)和经喷砂酸蚀的纯钛种植体(组-2)分别植入兔子下颌骨,在2 w和4 w进行扭出测试,制做硬组织切片在激光共聚焦显微镜下观察,之后进行甲苯胺蓝染色观察及测量骨结合率。结果各周组-1的扭出力值均大于组-2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。激光共聚焦显微镜下观察各周组-1骨生长情况均好于组-2。甲苯胺蓝染色显示各周组-1新骨生成均较组-2多,各周组-1的骨结合率分别大于组-2,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论等离子体氧化与碱液中存储联合作用会促进种植体与骨的整合。 Objective To investigate the combined effects of plasma oxidation and alkali storage of implants. Methods Firstly, plasma oxidated titanium implants which is stored in alkali(NaOH) solutioin (group one) and sandblasted and acid-etched titanium implants( group two) were implanted into rabbit mandibles. Secondly, torsion tests were performed in 2 and 4 weeks. Finally, hard tissue slices were observed using Confoca Laser Scanning Microscope, and bone contact ratios were measured by toluidine blue Dyeing. Results The torque value of group one was better than that of group two, and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.01 ). The bone growth of group one was better than that of group two by Confoca Laser Scanning Microscope observation. The hard tissue slices dyed by toluidine blue showed that the new bone formation of group one was better than that of group two, and the bone integration ratio of group one was greater than that of group two , where the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.01 ) Conclusions The combined effects of plasma oxidation and storage in alkali can promote gration of implants and bone.
