摘要
目的 采用结构方程模型探讨护理学专业实习生未来时间洞察力、成就目标与职业成熟度三者关系.方法 采用未来时间洞察力问卷、成就目标问卷和职业成熟度问卷对浙江6所大学201 1级四年制护理学专业564名实习生进行调查.结果 护理学专业实习生未来时间洞察力总均分为(2.91±0.75)分,成就目标总均分为(3.14±0.91)分,职业成熟度总均分(3.16±0.78)分,均处于中上水平.护理学专业实习生未来时间洞察力对成就目标和职业成熟度具有直接正向预测作用,路径系数依次为0.51和0.39;成就目标在未来时间洞察力与职业成熟度间具有部分中介作用.结论 未来时间洞察力和成就目标对护理学专业学生的职业发展起到重要作用,医学院校在职业指导中应当努力培养学生未来时间洞察力和成就目标意识.
Objective Using structural equation to explore the associations between nursing trainees' future time perspective,achievement goal and career maturity.Methods 564 full-time baccalaureate nursing students in grade four participated in the research were assessed on future time perspective (FTP),achievement goal(AG) and career maturity(CM).Results The mean scores of nursing trainees in future time perspective,achievement goal and career maturity were respectively (2.91 ± 0.75),(3.14 ± 0.91),(3.16 ± 0.78).Future time perspective positively predicted achievement goal and career maturity directly,the path coefficients were respectively 0.51 and 0.39.As a mediator,achievement goal moderated the positive relation between future time perspective and career maturity.Conclusions Future time perspective and achievement goal played important roles in nursing trainees' career development,medical college should consider fostering future time perspective and achievement goal in vocational guidance.
