临床医学专业学位硕士研究生招生考试改革探析

Initial analysis of enrollment examination for the graduate students with professional degree of clinical medicine

随着医教协同政策的深化,临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育已经成为临床医学专门人才培养的主要途径.调查发现,导师认为在招生考试过程中对考生临床思维能力、综合素质、职业兴趣等潜在职业能力的考查非常重要;研究生认为招生考试中存在考核内容过于偏重基础、技能考核标准不统一、导师自主权不够等问题.显然,传统的硕士研究生招生考试体制已经不能满足新形势下临床医学专业学位人才培养的需求.实行临床医学专业学位硕士研究生分类考试招生,将有利于人才的选拔,提高临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量.

With the deepening of medicine-education cooperation policy,clinical medicine specialty degree graduate students education has become a main way of talent training.The research found that professional potential abilities,including clinical thinking ability,comprehensive quality,and vocational interest etc.,have been increasingly brought to the attention of advisors.These comprehensive abilities,however,had problems in the traditional enrollment tests of postgraduate studies,such as investigation effort was insufficient,and evaluation standards were not unified.Policy was introduced in July 2015,the ministry of education would promote the classified enrollment examination of clinical medicine specialty degree graduate students,which would be conducive to talent selection,and improve the cultivation quality of clinical medicine specialty degree graduate students.
