摘要
结合医学研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训的管理实践,运用“SWOT分析法”分析了医学专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训并轨工作中的优势、劣势、机遇及风险,从而发挥优势,克服劣势,利用机遇,规避风险,提出针对性策略,为更好地开展此项工作提供科学信息.
The article analyzes comprehensively the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat of the combined cultivation of medical professional degree postgraduate students and residency program by SWOT analysis.Then it puts forward some strategies to settle the problems occurred in the combined cultivation based on the principle of relying on strengths,overcoming weaknesses,exploiting opportunities and avoiding risks,in order to provide some helpful information for the further development of the combined cultivation of medical professional degree postgraduate students and residency program.
