医学高职高专教育考查课程考核方式改革措施及影响因素分析

The reform measure and influence factor of examination method in medical vocational education

医学高职高专院校的人才培养目标、生源素质与普通本科院校不同,但是,其课程考核方式完全复制本科院校,特别是考查课程考核方式简单,导致学生缺课现象严重,教学效果不能完全反映教学实际情况.本文简述了医学高职高专考查课程的考核现状,提出具体的改革措施并分析了影响因素,旨在提高教学效果,提高人才培养质量.

The objectives of talents training and students characteristic of medical vocational colleges are different with general undergraduate colleges,but the assessment method is completely copied from undergraduate colleges and the effects is not good,especially for the none core course.This paper puts forward some reform measures and analyzes the factors which influence the reform,aiming at improving the teaching effect so as to improve the quality of talent training.
