志愿者结核病防治知识传播行动的实践与展望

The practice and prospect of voluntary activity for tuberculosis knowledge dissemination

我国结核病防控工作已取得长足进步，但作为结核病高负担国家，结核病防控工作仍然面临着极大的困难和挑战。社会对结核病关注度普遍偏低，对公众结核病防治知识普及不够，结核病的健康教育和健康促进工作形式单一、内容重复，已成为我国结核病防控工作的短板。为此，创新健康教育和健康促进工作形式，保证结核病防治知识传播到目标人群并被广泛接受，是解决当前全民结核病防治知识知晓率低的主要措施。我国“志愿者结核病防治知识传播行动”鼓励志愿者积极开展结核病防治知识传播活动，普及结核病防治核心信息，提高群众自我防病意识，促进肺结核患者早发现、早治疗，产生了良好的社会效果。新形势下应当不断加强和创新结核病健康教育和健康促进工作，深入推进“志愿者结核病防治知识传播行动”，促进我国结核病防治工作跃上新台阶。

As a high tuberculosis burden country, China still faced with tremendous difficulties and challen- ges in tuberculosis prevention and control, although great process has been made in the past few years. Low degree of social concern, lack of public knowledge, poor awareness of prevention, have become the weakness of tuberculo- sis prevention and control in China. Health education and promotion of tuberculosis with monotonous for and dupli- cate content still have a lot of room to improve. Therefore, developing innovative forms to spread tuberculosis knowledge among target population is the main measure to improve the poor awareness of tuberculosis knowledge. TB knowledge dissemination voluntary activity encouraged volunteers to spread TB knowledges, popularize core information, and improve prevention consciousness in public. By these means, it promotes early discovery and early treatment of tuberculosis, exerts a good effect in society, and accelerate TB control and prevention program in our country. Under the new situation, health education and promotion of TB should be reinforced and innovated con- stantly, and voluntary activity of TB knowledge dissemination should be boost deeply to improve TB prevention and control onto a new stage in our country.
