Omega_3多价不饱和脂肪酸与冠心病 被引量:7

摘要 研究证实:Omega_3 PUFA具有预防或降低心血管疾病(CVD)的发生。在一些观察性研究中发现,食物中的基础EPA和DHA与心脏事件发生呈负相关。欧美心脏病学会一致推荐人群中增加Omega_3 PUFA的摄入以预防或降低CVD的发生。
