基于校内工程训练中心的卓越工程人才培养探索与实践

摘要 深入开展工程实践活动是应用型人才工程能力培养的重要环节。面对大量学生直接进入企业参与实践存在的一些制约,南京工程学院依托机械工程省级重点学科的优势,结合数控装备制造行业特点,开拓产学研合作,共建校内工程训练中心。在校内工程训练中心平台上,探索通过工程项目训练的实施,使学生直接参与产品的开发设计、加工制造和生产管理的全过程,从而切实锻炼和提高工程能力。 Engineering practice is one of the most important factors in education of applied talents. In view of the fact that it was difficult to accept a lot of students in enterprises, Nanjing Institute of Technology broadened the cooperation of enterprise, university and research institute, and constructed the inside-school engineering training center based on the advantage of the province key discipline-mechanical engineering and the characteristic of the trade of NC equipment. Based on the inside-school engineering training center, the engineering project training was carried out, and the engineering ability of students was improved by taking part in many practice activities including designing, manufacture and management.
